Additions: These are some of the main editions/changes in this volume from the original Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon (BSSM) Manga:
The cover has a new drawing of Sailorpluto.
The back has a small drawing of Sailorpluto, sitting on a black crescent moon.
On the first edition printing, there was a green wrap around ad. It advertized a contest to win a set of PGSM statues.
The first page of the volume is the stickers page. It has a pink background and comes with 11 chibi senshi/Tuxedo Kamen stickers. Each of the stickers has a blank speech bubble in which you can write a message. There is also a sticker with the PGSM logo.
The next page is the Volume 9 title page. It has the same image of Pluto from the cover, except there is no background.
Next is a color manga image of Usagi and Chibi-usa posing. They have grapes on their heads and Chibi-usa is holding flowers.
The next page is a color version of the first page of Act 40. It has the text in pink and the senshi are colored in.
Next is a two page color version of the Act 40 title page. It is of Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Moon and Chibimoon with wings, above unicorns.
Next is a green colored Contents page, with a small Sailorpluto at the bottom.
At the end of the volume is a black and white ad that contains pictures of all the revised manga volumes so far.
Naoko's notes have been replaced by small images of the senshi.
Various small changes have been made, such as freshening up some drawings.
